- The PaddlePoint Web App handles the rental — booking, pickup, return and close. You handle the paddle.
- Review final price, duration and location details before payment.
- Arrive early to get ready.
Pick up at your booked time.
- Open the booking in the confirmation email.
- Click Open pickup .
- Collect gear, close the assigned door and tap I have it.

- Keep enough time and energy to return comfortably.

End your rental in the app.
- Paddle back, return your gear and end your session. Done.
- Put everything back, close the your door and Click Returned and closed.
- Click End Session to end your rental.
