The public rulebook

One booking. Six moments to know.

Read the moment you need. The PaddlePoint Web App remains the current source for the options and outcome attached to your booking.

Open PaddlePoint Web App
  1. 01Before payment

Review the paddle you are buying.

Checkout shows the location, date, start time, duration, included gear, final price and any eligible package or booking credit before payment. Check every detail before you continue.

  2. 02Changes and cancellation

Use My bookings for current options.

Need to change the time or date? Open My bookings and tap Modify Booking. Changes are available at least 6 hours before start when inventory and pricing allow.

Open My bookings to see whether cancellation is still available. The booking flow shows any refund or credit outcome.

  3. 03Before pickup

Complete the waiver and use the right account.

Complete the waiver when prompted. The PaddlePoint Web App shows whether it is valid before locker controls are available. Sign in with the account used to book. The portal opens 15 minutes before your start; pickup controls appear when available.

  4. 04Return

Bring every assigned item back to the same location.

Return each item to the assigned locker area shown in your booking. Close the assigned door, confirm every item, then tap End Session. Late return can create overdue review and extra charges.

  5. 05Missing, damaged or blocked

Make a record before you leave.

Use Report Issue in the PaddlePoint Web App and add a photo when it makes the problem clear. If return is blocked, keep the gear at the assigned locker and close the assigned door if you can. Do not leave until the return or issue is recorded.

  6. 06Weather and water

    Conditions can change the plan.

Check wind, daylight, water temperature and local conditions before you leave. If conditions feel unsafe or beyond your ability, do not launch. Open your booking to see available change or support options. Weather does not guarantee an automatic refund or credit; support reviews the current booking terms.
