Checkout and confirmation screens carry the station terms for each live booking.
Waiver before access
The public site explains that a waiver is part of the booking process. Formal acceptance happens in the booking or app flow before access to station gear.
- Waiver requirement appears before payment and before station access.
- Legal release stays in the formal booking flow.
- Guardian handling for minors stays aligned with the booking system.
- The paddler receives a clear support route if the waiver or booking readiness blocks access.
PaddlePoint keeps policy summaries plain while formal acceptance stays in the booking flow.
