Rental Terms, Fees & Responsibilities
Security hold
A temporary pre-authorization hold will be placed on the renter’s card for standard equipment. This hold is used solely to cover potential late returns, loss, or damage and is released upon satisfactory return of the equipment.
Late return
Applicable late return fees are presented prior to payment and acceptance of the rental agreement.
Weather closure
In the event of a closure due to unsafe weather or water conditions, renters will be offered the applicable refund or credit options in accordance with our cancellation policy.
