Waiver before access

The public site explains that a waiver is part of the booking process. Formal acceptance happens in the booking or app flow before access to station gear.

  • Waiver requirement appears before payment and before station access.
  • Legal release stays in the formal booking flow.
  • Guardian handling for minors stays aligned with the booking system.
  • The paddler receives a clear support route if the waiver or booking readiness blocks access.
PaddlePoint keeps policy summaries plain while formal acceptance stays in the booking flow.
